Mission

What success looks like, the constraints it has to fit inside, and what is deliberately out of scope.

Why

I'm fine at work and lost socially. In a work conversation the agenda hands me a reason to speak, a topic, and a way out. Take the agenda away and all three vanish at once — I don't know why I'm allowed to start, what to say after the first exchange, or how to leave. I want to be able to do socially what I can already do professionally, so that meeting new people stops being a hurdle I psych myself up for and becomes something I just do. This matters across all of it: dating, professional rooms, and building a social circle at 44 in cities where I know nobody.
